We all watch Bangalore growing. We see the skyline rising, the traffic thickening, and the silence disappearing. For years, I have been looking for something that feels like the Bangalore I remember—green, quiet, and unhurried.

 

I realized this land shouldn’t just be “developed”; it should be preserved. We didn’t want to carve it up into hundreds of tiny boxes. We wanted to create a sanctuary for people who understand the value of space.

 

Vibez Signature  is my personal answer to the chaos of the city. It is a limited collection of 18 estates for 18 families who want to own a piece of Bangalore’s last true wilderness.

This isn’t for everyone. It is for those who want their investment to have a soul.

In 2025, the government notified the Greater Hesaraghatta Grassland Conservation Reserve spanning over 5,000 acres, banning large-scale industrial or high-rise commercial development in the immediate vicinity, which means unobstructed views, scarcity, and exponential capital appreciation.

The Connectivity Boom (Infrastructure Value)
